Refund policy

At Aveline Moda, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to understand how to proceed.

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery
  • Return Authorisation: Required before sending any item back 
  • Return Shipping Cost: Paid by the customer (free if the item is faulty or wrong).

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original condition, free from damage or signs of use
  • In original packaging with all tags still attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending anything back.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@avelinemoda.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief reason for the return.

Our team will review your request, confirm eligibility, and provide you with return instructions along with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

3. Return Address

Aveline Moda operates with a global fulfilment model. All returns are processed through our fulfilment warehouse located in China.

The exact return address will be provided once your return request has been approved and authorisation issued.

Return authorisation (RMA) is required before shipping. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error (for example, wrong item sent) or a defective or damaged product. In such cases, Aveline Moda will cover the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit on their way back to us.

No restocking fees are applied to any return.

5. Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the outcome by email.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: within 7 business days of inspection
  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the amount in your account

If the item does not pass inspection, we will contact you to discuss the available options, which may include returning the item to you at your cost.

If your refund has not appeared after 7 business days, please check with your bank before contacting us - processing times vary between providers.

6. Exchanges

We are happy to arrange an exchange for unused and unworn items returned within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@avelinemoda.com with your order number and the details of the item you would like instead.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a suitable alternative or process a full refund.

Please note that shipping costs for exchanges (both returning the original item and sending out the replacement) are covered by the customer when the exchange is based on personal preference, such as a change of mind, size, or colour. If the exchange is due to our error or a defective product, Aveline Moda will cover all shipping costs.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 60 minutes of placement by contacting us at info@avelinemoda.com. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you have received an incorrect item, please send clear photographs to info@avelinemoda.com within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review your case promptly and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution at no additional cost to you.

9. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, we kindly ask you to allow an additional 2 business days and check your tracking link for the latest updates.

If your tracking status shows "delivered" but the parcel has not been received, please contact us within 48 hours at info@avelinemoda.com with your order number and delivery address. We will liaise with the carrier and work to resolve the situation as swiftly as possible.
