At Aveline Moda, we are committed to delivering your order with care, clarity, and complete transparency. Below you will find everything you need to know about our delivery coverage, processing timelines, and shipping procedures.

* Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. At this time, we are unable to process orders from outside the UK.

2. Delivery Address

Your order will be dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are accurate and complete - an incorrect or incomplete address may result in delays, failed deliveries, or the return of your parcel.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM GMT, over the weekend, or on a public holiday will be processed on the next available business day.

4. Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and collected by our courier, the estimated transit time within the United Kingdom is 7–10 business days.

Please be aware that transit times are indicative estimates and may be subject to change. Actual delivery times may be shorter or longer depending on a number of factors, including:

  • Adverse weather conditions (e.g. storms, snow, flooding)
  • Political or civil disruptions affecting transport networks
  • Industrial action or strikes within courier services
  • High seasonal demand or peak promotional periods
  • Logistics and transport capacity constraints
  • Public holidays or national events

Our logistics team actively monitors all shipments and will notify you of any significant delays where possible.

5. Total Estimated Delivery Time

Your total estimated delivery time is calculated as follows:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Transit time: 7–10 business days

These figures are estimates only. External factors beyond our control may affect the actual delivery date. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping is completely free on all UK orders. No handling fees or shipping surcharges will be applied at any point during checkout.

All applicable taxes and duties are included in the displayed price (Delivered Duty Paid). You will never be asked to pay additional customs or import fees upon delivery.

7. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your personal tracking link. You may track your parcel at any time via the link provided, or by clicking THIS LINK

We ship with trusted UK couriers: Royal Mail, DPD UK, Evri. All orders are fully trackable.

Please note that tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to become visible after your parcel has left our warehouse.

8. Delays & Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, we kindly ask you to allow an additional 2 business days and check your tracking link for the latest updates.

If your tracking status shows "delivered" but the parcel has not been received, please contact us within 48 hours at info@avelinemoda.com with your order number and delivery address. We will liaise with the carrier and work to resolve the situation as swiftly as possible.

9. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

Should delivery fail due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:

  • The parcel may be returned to our warehouse
  • We will contact you to clarify the delivery details
  • We will arrange redelivery or offer an appropriate resolution

We strongly encourage you to double-check all delivery information before completing your order.

10. Delivery Confirmation

Once the courier marks a parcel as delivered, the delivery is considered complete. If you are unable to locate your parcel despite a confirmed delivery status, we will be happy to assist you in contacting the carrier and conducting a full investigation.

11. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 60 minutes of placement by contacting us at info@avelinemoda.com. Once an order has been processed and handed to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible.

12. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you have received an incorrect item, please send clear photographs to info@avelinemoda.com within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review your case promptly and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution at no additional cost to you.
